She had new rigging fitted in 2021, along with an extensive engine refurbishment in 2020/2021. Since being bought by the current owners in 2022, a comprehensive re-fit was carried out turning her into the ideal liveaboard cruiser.
Key enhancements include the installation of 600 Amp hours of Renogy LiFEPO4 lithium batteries, a Victron Multiplus II 240v invertor (Max 3kW) / 120 Amp charger and a Victron Cerbo GX power management unit with touchscreen. This system ensures a constant source of 240V electricity onboard, and facilitates electric-only cooking and hot water provision. Promoting sustainability and convenience while aboard.
Sustainable energy generation is further bolstered by 875 watts of solar panels, strategically mounted on a purpose built stainless steel stern arch (2022). This arch serves dual purposes, acting as both a solar panel mount and a dinghy hoist, enhancing versatility on the water.
Internally, the yacht boasts a new navigation panel outfitted with a Garmin GPS1022 chartplotter, Garmin reactor 40 autopilot, Vesper XB-6000 AIS transponder and more, all being fitted in 2022. There Is a large Integrated Stainless Steel Stern Arch, Built In 2022. This arch acts as the mount for 525w (3 panels) of the 175w solar panels, with a further 2 of the 175w panels mounted on the guard rails, to bring us to 875w total. The stainless steel arch also acts as a dinghy hoist with a whole D-frame lowering/ raising.
We have also painted the decks with KiwiGrip. A previous owner had previously sprayed the deck/ hull over the original gelcoat. This left some parts of the deck quite slippy. Hence we painted the decks with KiwiGrip, which stopped our dog and us from slipping!
